# Godfortune Capability Qualification

The approved 62-second content package is frozen at request
`media_req_c5d01502179c`. Its 47 segments, dialogue, lyrics, ordering, fortune
logic, and 28.333333-55.0 second musical block must not be rewritten while the
Studio generation stack is being qualified.

## Enforced Order

1. Freeze the current local Korean music method as a reproducible research
   baseline. This is complete and does not claim Suno parity.
2. Approve production clean-background plates without characters or text.
3. Approve transparent recurring-character state packs independently.
4. Build and approve deterministic full-scene composites from those layers.
5. Qualify four 4-to-6-second image-to-video shot types against the Seedance-level
   reference target.
6. Approve a ten-second integration scene made only from qualified assets.
7. Unlock a new 62-second `generate_only` render.

Each gate requires a weighted score of at least 90, its per-metric floors, all
hard-fail checks, artifact provenance, and recorded human approval. Brand names
describe the comparison target; they are not treated as automatic proof of
quality.

## Current Runtime Truth

- ACE-Step detects the RTX 3060 as 11.63GB tier4. The current baseline is a
  90-second one-pass structured song using the 1.7B LM. A frozen semantic-plan
  render comparison proved deterministic replay and exposed voice-render
  variation. Human review marked two pronunciation intervals; localized repair
  remains optional and requires explicit human selection.
- Suno remains a reference-only benchmark. The local baseline is accepted so
  visual research can proceed, but it is not labeled Suno parity or publication
  ready.
- Character research assets exist for four identities, five barista poses, and
  the accepted layered glasses correction. They now pass through an independent
  transparent-state gate rather than sharing a score with the background.
- The previous background candidates remain rejected evidence. Clean 704x1280
  plates are scored for geometry, story specificity, finish, safe zones, palette
  compatibility, and prohibited-element absence.
- Wan2.2 TI2V 5B is installed and completed a 5.04-second local calibration. The
  internal observed score was 72.7 and is not a qualification score because the
  input was not an approved full-scene composite.
- The local RTX 3060 exposes 11.63GB VRAM. Model selection is based on the best
  measured output that runs on this tier, not on the largest model in the ACE-Step
  catalog. A local video fallback likewise cannot be labeled Seedance-level until
  it passes the same shot suite and human A/B gate.

## Execution Boundary

New Godfortune `fortune_musical_short` intakes are persisted as `blocked` with
`next_stage=visual_background_plates`. The full-length renderer is not scheduled, even
for research previews. Qualification assets are separate from an episode render.
The approved content server package remains the source for the final integration
after every gate is approved.
